1. Refund Policy

1.1 Defective or Damaged Goods

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at sales@valuekicks.co.za or call us at 0832411108 within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide instructions for the return or exchange of the product.

1.2 Incorrect Item

In the rare event that you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you at no additional cost.

1.3 Consumer Protection Act (CPA) Compliance

As per the Consumer Protection Act, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original condition, packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase. If you wish to return an item for reasons other than defect, damage, or incorrect delivery, please contact us within 14 days.

 

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at sales@valuekicks.co.za or call us at 0832411108.

2.2 Refund Process

Once a cancellation request is received, we will process the refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

2.3 Partial Cancellations

If you wish to cancel part of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

3. Restocking Fee

For returns, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of not less than 15% of the item’s purchase price. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

4. Conditions for Refunds and Cancellations

To be eligible for a refund or cancellation:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase must be provided.
• The request must be made within the specified timeframes mentioned above.
